Hi! I am Ranjan karmakar from Coochbehar. The airtel Digital Tv Website and its customer care is fraud! because they said to me that "you can buy Airtel digital TV at rupees 999" Because you have a airtel prepaid Mobile. Then they said to me that "enter your bank credit card info to IVR and get digital TV installed to your home in Next 48 hours. I have made that transection on 23/03. But till today i did not get anything without a transection id. my transection id is 7889943 and my mobile no is 9800714171 and I have Called the customer care at least 50-55 times. But they said we will refund your transection because you are not a post paid customer of our mobile service. But where is my money???
