My name is Sandeep. My account ID is 3003623780. I have moved from Noida to Ghaziabad recently. I decided to relocate my digital TV connection. So, for that i have applied for relocation through customer care. Initially they said it will be done on the next day itself, so i put a leave to my office to allow these guys to de-install, but without any intimation, they didn't attend my request, i called them, they said very kindly that they are unable to reach me.. and they had moved the request to the next day, i thought that they wont miss next time, but they repeated that. This is 16th day. Still, they haven't deinstalled my digital TV and howmany days they will take for re-installation.
This is the story from customer service, these guys need to get OSCARS for their acting. These guys felt very bad for our conveince, but they cant help in anyway. If we ask them to talk with their manager / supervisor, they will say ok, and they will put us on hold and after some time, they will say their manager/supervisor busy with other calls. You will receive a call from our manger within 2 hours, thats for sure..and afterwards, they wont call again.. what the hell they are thinking of customers, Do they thinking that customers dont have any work to do?? I made almost all 30 calls so far, still i cant get any contact from them..still its in progress..It may take 9 months to deliver the baby...
Iam suggesting all the INDIANS not to take AIRTEL digital TV, and do not struggle like me..
Hope you understand the situation iam currently in. I paid for 1800 for 5 months and 600 for relocation...
But still, iam not lucky to get my baby back...
