Battery not working which is warranty period

I have bought Invaqueen battery (EXIDE) from Rajat Electronics dated, 12.04.2009 WHICH IS STILL IN WARRANTY PERIOD

I have called to Exide Customer Care and one engineer attended the complaint in the month of Jan saying that my claim is unwarranted as the battery is our of warranty. I have given him the leaflet in which it was mentioned that Battery will be in warranty period for 2 years

I have no clue where to go I have requested him what should I do
