Airtel cheating customers

I am using Airtel prepaid card NO.9503421842. On july 14 7:51 PM I received a SMS from Airtel Number 54321. RS. 15 deducted from my account but i never did that activation .but when i called custumer care, he said("aap ke no me jab ye activate huwa hai tho aap is ka labha uthoo ").
