On 24 th April a person named Soumen Sarkar (contact num:- 9330950230) as a salesman from a company named AKASH ENTERPRISE the distributor of ultrapure technology and appliance india limited 7/3 Nilgunge Road, Green Park, Belghoria, Kolakata-56, he came an gave us the demo of the Chimney and Gas Oven of three burner, on the very next dy they delivered the the items we ordered i.e a chimney and a gas oven namely NOVA AUTO CLEAN (204UF750) AND COKKTOPS 3 BURNER respictievly.
But after that day the burner was not liting properly then we called the sales man at first he didnt picked up the phone and the after sometime he picked up the phoneand sid us the person from the company will come to solve the problem but no one assisted us in this matter and still now we are facing the problem i.e the suction of the chimney is not proper and the oven burner is not working so we want you to take a serious action against the company as soon as possible and the service center number of the comapny is 09330699240 .The order number of appliances are 256 and 512 respectievly for gas oven and the chimney.
And earlier also we complained you so please this time kindly look on this matter.
