I am sorry to say that i m poor customer of your gas agency i.e. Allied Gas Agency, Faridbad and no. is 0129-2417355, 2415503 and my cunsumer no. is 674664/ i have booked for cylinder on 17/12/09 and i didnt get my cylinder till 15/12/09. mostly they never pick ph. fortunately i got the number and i asked about my cylinder they told that they will give me after 22 days and they also told that when u book cylinder within two days you will get but yet now i didnt get the cylinder. mostly cylinder fill in water,
i regret to say if you didnt take any strict action against them then i will go consumer court or see on thru RTI. i m wating your reply within 2 days otherwise i will go thru media.
