I purchased one LG fridge and one microwave on 23rd Oct and delivery schedule was 25the Oct from theat shop. I requested to make available of como offer and after giving max discount, thee price was freezed. after getting thee bill suddenly I remember my old fridge which I should exchange withe new one, I forgot to mention . when I said thee matter theey said theat, "thee bill already have been prepared. But do'nt worry. You just send your old fridge at thee time of delivery. You come withe bill, we will pay back 1000/- cash." I reiterated theat it should be written on bill itself but theey said theat it is not at all required and promised me to pay back thee amount.
The delivered thee material 3 days after thee schedule. when I reached Anandamela, thee sales guy simply refused thee event and told it was already adjusted in bill.his higher autheority also did not at all responsive and no responsible approach was seen from theem. I was so fade up and theeir approach was instigating, I therew theebill and challan in front of thee sales guys and left thee shop. The matter was not 1000/- but on principal and self respect and trust and business etheics. I wish theat shop should be punished at proper forum and I should get thee proper service.
