DEAR SIR,
WE HAVE PURCHASED I POD IN JANUARY IT IS IN WARRANTY,
BUT DUE TO SOME CHARGING PROBLEM THE I POD SCREE HAS BECOME BLANK AND THERE SERVICE CENTRE HAS GIVEN THE REPORT THAT I POD SHOULD BE REPLACED.
BUT APPLE I POD COMPANY IS NOT GIVEING REPLCAEMENT NOR REPAIRING THE I POD SAYING IT HAS SCRATHCES ON IPOD AS SCRATHCES WERE THERE BUT I POD WAS WORKING SINCE 2 MONTHS BUT SUDDENLY GOT BLANK CSREENED WHEN CHARGED.
