It is very sad to say that I have purchased an I Pod Shuffle which is cost of 4850.00 from Delhi on 17/12.The shop dealer told me that it cannot be open because it has come by company packing. I trust apple company and purchased. When came back my home and tried to operate the device. Unfortunately it does not wok. I contact the apple company and there is no more response from the company end. wken I came back to Delhi I visited Apple showroom and informed them about the problem. They agreed to replace the device and after two days I got the new one. But it also the same problem. Now the I Pod is with me, and I have no time to run after this. But I learn one thing that not to purchase anykind of equipment from apple company.
I you have not proper QC inspector in your firm, why you are cheating the public?
