This is to complain against the Birdy's Pastry shop located in Bandra, Mumbai opposite Axis bank. The outlet is charging in excess (almost double) on the MRP printed on beverages and other items stating that its "Restaurant charges" and the stupid salesman tells us that it is also in its Menu.
Diet Pepsi MRP: Rs.29 .. Birdy's charge: Rs 45
Mineral Water MRP: Rs. 14 .. Birdy's charge: Rs. 30
Kindly explain why this is allowed to happen and if it is allowed then whats the use of MAXIMUM Retail Price.
Such people should shut shop and start begging if they want to make extra money out of the already harassed average Indian consumer.
