Hair found in Biscuits

In our family, our morning tea starts with britannia biscuits and this is continuing for years now. But yesterday when i opened the Britannia (NutriChoice) Thin Arrowroot biscuit packet (Pkd on 25/11) Lot No. 52351, i found a hair strand connecting two biscuits. Kindly see to this and in future care should be taken to produce quality products with hygiene.
