Not rcvd scheme

Dear Sir,

I am your long time customer but on 11- July-10 I purchased 2 packet Fancy Bites which has scheme buy two get one free. Scheme' sticker is put up all packets but according to your store manager Mahander sing scheme is not in my system, It is over now,

Now please reply me If you have all packets with scheme how can you replace the scheme.

It is not your offer/scheme this is consumer scheme direct from company.

I have mailed to Company also (Chhajad Foods Pvt. Ltd.).

I want prompt reply with in seven days I have bill & packet.
