Fungus on the noodles

I had bought Chings noodles from sahakari bhandar, chembur on sunday 09/01 worth Rs.25/-. the packet was opened on thursday, and the noodles inside were found to be full of fungus, we then approached the store, and were shocked to know that they cannot give us cash refund, nor they took any responsibility of the said product.

this is sheer injustice on part of the consumer and shamelessness on part of the store.
