Sir, I have submitted my Ration card renewal application on 13.01. with shop No. L.G.O13, IN SAIDAPET, CHENNAI and my card No. 02/w/0206146 and so far no verification process has been done sofar. Moreover during officer hours no body will be available in the house. kindly consider my request to renew my card and remove my card in the block list availbel in the shop no.
