A normal 500ml bottle of cold drink of any brand is labelled with an MRP of Rs. 20/-. Almost all shops sell it for around Rs. 25/- asking the extra charge as refrigeration tax (approved by govt.). This is not in the welfare of the customer as MRP is inclusive of all taxes and the customer does not need to spend anything over the MRP. This sort of attitude simply indicates neglect of duty and contempt for the govt. Something ought to be done in this regard.
