My PF A/c No. KN/BOM/34519/358. I have made my final claim on 30.8. A cheque for Rs. 4499 was issued cheque no.368701 dt 17.3.2009 on my name SB A/c No.02401510481 ICICI Bank AS Raonagar Branch Hyd. The cheque presented in clearing returned unrealised on 26.3.2009 with the reason REFER to DRAWER. The SBI Secretariat Branch Service Branch 8983 sent the cheque with objection memo CHEQUE ALREADY PRESENTED. Hence I have sent the cheque back to your office vide my letter dt 14.4.2009 along with letter frpm ICICI and SBI for settling my claim. despite several requests no action is taken. On this my father came to your office and met one Mr Deepak. After verifying records he told us to submit an application for reauthorisation returened cheque. Accordingly I submitted my application dt; 16.9.2009 .duly signed by me employer Daily Bread Gourmet Foods (India) Pvt Ltd 6.82 Survey No.308/7 Nagaram Village Keesaramandala, RR Dist, Hyd Pin 501301.
The company is no more in existence. Despite my repeated requestes I have been advised the claim is at the Higherups table and hence Deepak told us to contact the higher ups. Despite considerable taime has lapsed so far my claim is not settled. Today I contacted Mr Deepak who told me to contact after 10 to 15 days. Despite my requests my claim stands unsettled. I request your kind authority to look into the matter and settle my claim for which I shall be highly grateful to you Sir. Thanking you.
