Charging more than MRP

I live in Gheekanta area near old sandesh press and here all the dairies are charging more than MRP on amul milk packets...

usually wen v go to buy before 8am they charge us 50paise more than MRP and going after 8am v r charged 1.50re more than MRP.

this is merely looting the common people... why shud v pay more than MRP???
