Dalda
Oil got freezed

Hi Colleague,

I bought Dalda Oil from one of the nearby retail stores. I purchased 4 packets of Dalda Oil of 1 litre each. However, when I opened one of packets, I found Oil was very thick and it was freezed.

I complaint the same to our retailer and he told us that it is in fine condition as temperature is low now a days. BUT I AM UNABLE TO UNDERSTAND HOW ALL OTHER PACKETS ARE IN LIQUID STATE AND DIFFERENT IN COLOUR. THIS HAS HAPPENED FOR THE FIRST TIME. I NEVER GOT OIL IN SOLID STATE EVER BEFORE. RETAILER IS REFUSING TO TAKE BACK THE PRODUCT AND MAKING FOOL OF US. GHEE COMES IN SOLID STATE THAT TOO WHEN TEMPERATURE IS LOW, BUT NOT OIL.

I have tried dialling this number 1800-220789, but I am unable to get you.

I believe INTAKE of such oil can be harmful to our family.
