Dear Friends,
I had ordered Domino's Pizza India the Set Combination Veg Singles Pizzas at a store of Sector-6, Charkop, Kandivali (W), Mumbai, Maharashtra, INDIA on telephone no. 91-22-2860 9584 on 23rd of December at 12.45 hours I had received an delivery at 13.03 hours.
And when I open the box, I found that pizzas were eaten by rats, irregular in shape, toppings were burnt, curved from the base as they were stale and re-baked and delivered. And then I gave a call back on the same telephone no. at 13.08 hours. I was told that not to eat that pizzas and keep it aside as it is and they are delivering fresh pizzas. And fresh pizzas were delivered to me at 13.45 hours.
Fresh pizzas were perfect as regular. But I told delivery boy to take back the fresh and the rat eaten pizzas as I was in shocked due to previous unhygienic pizzas and fresh pizzas too made in same unhygienic store. And I don’t want to eat pizzas which will be having adverse effects on my health.
I had talked with Sonu Gaikwad, Manoj Poojari, Bhavesh Parmar, and Rubina Baig regarding the same issue. But talking to these people were hopeless as they were not liable for this job. Their response was in a very low level and in irresponsible manner which does match with International brand like Dominos and therefore this problem had occurred with me because of their non-experience.
Then I had talked with Sandeep Arora. He told me to email him and customer care the photographs and A/V taken by me. But I had no reply since then. Then I had called Sharif Chougule. He told that he had received forwarded email from customer care. And he also had nothing to say about it.
Then on 29th of December, I had sent an NOTICE BEFORE FILING CONSUMER COMPLAINT through email. And on 1st of January at evening I went to store of Charkop, Kandivali (W), Mumbai to Hand Deliver the Notice.
But Manoj Pujari told to me that he had no authority to take the notice and told to me wait for Sonu Gaikwad. And I was getting late I gave a call to him. He too replied the same that he also had no authority to take notice and told me to talk with Bhavesh Parmar.
And Bhavesh Parmar says " Hum to chote log hai, aap to bade logo se hi puchiye, mujhe to kuch nahi malum...! " in a taunting manner and he disconnects the call as he does usually in a irresponsible and spoiled teenage boy.
And then again I gave a call to Sonu Gaikwad, but the call was engaged for a while. I again called him he replied the same as Bhavesh Parmar " Hum to chote log hai, aap to bade logo se hi puchiay, mujhe to kuch nahi malum...! " aap Dilli (Delhi) mein puchiye, Noida mein puchiye...! " in a taunting manner.
By that time I had a seen a street dog roaming in and around dining table area of the store standing near the customers having pizza meal on the table. And none of the store employee was concern of the same as it s usual thing. And when I had took the photo of the same store boys chased the dog outside the store.
Last time also on 24th of December when I went to the store to talk about the rat eaten pizza matter, a litter collector came inside the store and took the pizza box left on the dining table by the customer and easily went off as nobody is concern.
And I had also seen a boy came out from the kitchen area. He was not in Domino's Pizza Uniform T-shirt. He was in a normal pant and shirt, just wearing a Beanie/ Scull cap. And in the open area there is a tree and leaves and its mesh constantly falling on the four table below on it as there no shelter provided.
But as that time I was talking with Rubina Baig on phone I could't take photographs of the same.
On 2nd of January I had received a call and email from Naveen Kapoor, apologizing and giving perceptions of the same.
Then on 3rd of January I called Sylvia Dutta for Mr. Ajay Kaul, Mr. Harneet Singh, Rajpal and Mr. Dev Amritesh's email id to send the photos of the pizzas. She just told me that mail her the same and she will be forwarding it to Mr. Ajay Kaul (CEO-Domino's Pizza India), Mr. Harneet Singh Rajpal (GM-Mktg Domino's Pizza India) and Mr. Dev Amritesh's email id.
But within an hour I had received a call from Uzma Ilyas Chaudhary. She told me that she is caling on behalf of Mr. Ajay Kaul. She told me that she is with Dominos since, 1998. She use to make pizzas from the dough.
And last Sunday she was in Mumbai and Rubina Baing had talk about the my matter with her. Then why she hav'nt contacted me for the same. She says Bhavesh Parmar is not as I am saying. She told to me that Mr. Ajay Kaul is aware of the matter.
Does the slogan: " Khushiyon Ki Home Delivery" make any sense in my above matter.
