No refund of money after cancellation of orde

I had ordered to Domino's Pizza through the online portal on 10/7 5:09:06 PM. The order was worth INR 320 and i payed through my Debit card online. My order was confirmed and i received message that the items will be delivered by NIGDI the outlet of Domino's Pizza.. About after half an hour, the outlet called again asking for instruction on delivery address. When i explained the address, they said they cannot deliver in my address. I said that i didnt know about that as the outlet was selected by the portal, not by me... after i registered my delivery address on the site. As they said they cannot deliver, i asked them to cancel the order and refund the money to my account. The representative said they'd do that. But the money has never been refunded.
