Charging more than MRP

The fairway stores in mantri tranquil (off kanakpura road, bangalore) is charging more than MRP on most food items. Multiple complaints has had no effect and they continue to take advantage of residents. The owner (Mr Anis & his wife) are rude and unapologetic on his black marketing habits, and on complaints have stopped delivering to apartments that compliant about the extra charges on milk & curd.

Also, after repeated requests they do not provide proper bills after purchases.

Any advise on how this can be furthered in a consumer court to stop such malpractices.
