Aata bought from food bazar had all sorts of ants, ghun

I had bought aata from food bazar in july.d aata had all types of insects, ghun, ants etc... i dnt no2whom i should complain4this.some1 has suggested to go to consumer forum n ask 4 hefty compensation4 puting r health on risk... should i do this
