Partially missing chocolate bar inside apparently sealed pack of Cadbury Dairy Milk Crackle

Sir,

I had bought a Cadbury Dairy Milk Crackle on 6th August. On 0pening the packet I found half of the chocolate bar was missing.

The incident is very disturbing. Hope necessary action to be taken to mitigate such occurance.
