My name is Gajendra Singh.
Today morning I go to ''Garden Dry Fruit'' Shop no 1. Vaidya Banglow, Opp MTNL Office. Near Malhar Theater. M.G.. Road & Gokhle Road Corner Naupada Thane (West) to purchase Butter (GHEE). Salesman give me the same of Krishna Agmark Company product which is manufactered & packed by Bhole Baba milk food industries LTD.
The Batch no.of product is --mno-96,
Pkd date is -- Apr. 2011.
and
MRP is 63.00 /-.
But the owner ask me to pay Rs. 65.00 /- & when I refuse to pay more then M.R.P.
She get start abusing me like
'' jab lena nahi hai to kaha se aa jate hai bhikhari.
kabhi kharida hai kya ghee kitna mehnga hota hai.
63 rs. me humko nahi parwadta hai.
kahi or dukan se lelo.
finaly there is no other nearby shop of dry fruit
so
I decide to purchase from Garden Dry Fruit with 65/- & ask her to give bill.
now again she abusing me. but i needed the product so i come to home without bill.
now my complaint is about
1 > She take 2 rs. extra which is more then MRP.
2 > She was insulting me.
3 > She is not ready for giving bill which I needed.
It is requested to you that please take action against this & I am sure if you go there as a coustmer you also face the same problme as I.
