I purchased one packet of bhel puri on 12/02 with a batch No. (13) C packed on Dec/11, while the same I was eating after prepared found that one Iron screw in my mouth. I am sure the same was in the packet.
I was very surprised rather too much upset, I am having the packet along with screw with me. I also launched the complaint today at the 0120-2400286.
I have written a mail at [email protected] on 13/02 followed with a reminder on 17/02, how "BESHARAM" they are no response from their end till writing teh complaint thru forum
