Piece of Stone in the Bhujia Shev

I purchased a Haldiram Bhujia Shev packet in the last week & while consuming to my astonishment I detected a piece of Stone inmy mouth while consuming the Gathia (Besan Roll) supplied with the Bhujia Shev.

On a complain by E-mail to the Consumer Care department they called up just to praise the quality & standards of their product & said that such a thing is not at all possible since they adhere to high qulaity norms.

I wondered that the Customer griveance was heard in such a rude manner even when the same related to the Food product.

Till date no action or remedy has been taken from their side.

I wanted to seek the remedy in the above matter.
