Non delivery to right way

Dear sir

i am consumer to hp gas, dear sir i'm suffer to non delivery for lpg gas cylinder to right way.

HUMNE SABHI JAGAH COMPLAINT KI LEKIN SABHI MILE HUE HAI AUR KOI ACTION NAHI LIYE.

im so many time complaint in future, so why are not taking action to it concern.
