Iceberg foods with the trade mark (RC) brand has an unprofessional aproach on every front it is not only on front desk at Netaji subash palace (9th floor, north delhi mall-1) to area sales manager to supplers, distributers, stockists also and if a loyal consumer is giving a true feed back on company`s offical site/addressing to MD also or calling on toll free numbers they don`t even pick up a phone call & i had visited personaly to the office to meet MD-kishore agarwal the front desk girl aruni on 7/7 on an oofical hour only has one thing to say all were busy & no one at HR department has tiime to meet me when Mr MD is in the office itself, its a shame on the whole group related to icegerg because if an end user is giving a feed back onone has time to listen and indian company`s were compiting with MNC`S only at price front.
