Dear Sir,

Mata Shitla Gas Agency having worst service in there locality. Staff are not communicating to customer properly. Extra money taking on the name of extra charges and without slip. Making trouble in booking, transfer letter acceptance and many more giving requirement list of document unnecessary.

Please do something to improve the service or request to change the agency.
