Late, wrong delivery

I had ordered a cake and flowers to be sent to my mother on mother's day. Indiacakes took the money and soon afterwards they showed their true colours:

1. Firstly I was sent no order confirmation e-mail, whereas their website says they'll send a confirmation e-mail for the order. I placed the order on 12 May (to be delivered on 13 May) and got the confirmation email today (15 May). I tried calling but nobody answered the phone on the number given on their website.

2. I spoke to their customer care representative at around 7pm on 13th evening and he assured me that the order will be delivered before 9pm. However, they delivered the order at 10.30 pm on 13th May, and by that time my mother had already slept.

3. After the delivery person left, my mother checked the card attached on flowers, and it had somebody else's name on it!! The cake flavour that she got was also not what I had ordered for. They exchanged orders and did not answer the phone again when we called.

4. After that, I have spoken to their customer care representatives 5 times and sent 2 emails but nothing was done about it. Every customer care representative tells me someBody will get back to me and resolve my problem within half hour but nothing is being done.

INDIACAKES IS A FRAUD WEBSITE THAT TAKES CUSTOMER'S MONEY AND IS NOT ANSWERABLE TO THEM IN ANY WAY! PLEASE DON'T ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY. THEY DELIVERED THE WRONG ORDER, THAT TOO AT 10.30PM AT NIGHT, AND HAVE NOT EVEN BOTHERED TO REPLY TO MY E-MAILS ABOUT IT.
