Ad use of vegetables in pulav

We were coming from tirupati to mumbai. as its a very long distance travel, we ordered a veg. pulav in which there was a piece of flower which was caught by fungus. so we went to pantry car to lodge a complaint, we found all the vegetable use were dirty. i think we shuould be more concious about the food.
