200 ml, 300ml Soft drinks (e.g sprite, pepsi)
Complaint against demand of elevated prices higher than the M.R.P

I would like to inform you that amounts higher than the MRP are being demanded at almost every big or small shop in Ranchi. When asked about reasons for the demand they assign the extra amount as 'refridgerating charges'.

When I said that all the expenses are included in the MRP, they say that the whole city is selling at the same price wherever you go & they are not ready to give in at MRP nor is anyone ready to furnish a bill for the softdrinks at the elevated prices.

They usually charge Rs.10 for 200ml (MRP- Rs.8) & Rs.15 for 300ml (MRP-Rs.15)

Please take some serious actions so that such a 'loot' doesnt take place.
