SELLING EXPIRED LAYS CHIPS

Hi,

i want to complaint about one of the shop keeper at VIKROLI station who is selling expiry lays chips to customers after having that chips i vomiting & faint too...

I want him to be punishable... I dont know how many people have been purchased & eated those chips the way i have purchased it. world cup advertisement was printed on it it means those chips were 5 months old and on the packet it mention best before 4 months and still he is selling the same by removing expiry date.
