Refuse to Give Tax paid bill

I bought a maaza from " Bhagy Shri Department Store, Manorma Ganj Getabhavan 8/4" Contact details Mob:- 9301637037, 9827844884, 9907264029 " worth Rs.28 and he gave it at 30 Rs. with 2 rupees extra for chilling of it when i asked for bill he write on an paper strip 28 Rs. and gave to me.

I asked for tax paid bill he refuse for it and said I don't have. I said I will complain for it "that u took 2 Rs. extra for chilling and not paid bill for both the product original cost and the chilling. because the printed price on product is Rs.28

So he said U can do complain for it.

so please take some action regarding this condition.
