What is the nature of your complaint?

The owner of the shopkeeper is selling Expired Soft Drink in his shop intentionally. I purchased the soft drink (Marinda) from this shop and after some time i shaw this is expired 1.5 months earlier, when i asked that person regarding that he told me i cant take back. I don't want the refund, but want that you should take the proper step so thah this or any shopkeeper should not sell the expire product to the public intentionally.
