I was returning to Bombay and had taken 7 Chocolate Ripple 90 ml cups from Naturale stall at Ratlam station. Against the MRP of Rs12/- per cup, I was charged Rs 15/- per cup. And this must be the case in all our previous purchase too. For years, we regularly visit Nageshwar tirth at Vikramgarh Alot once in a month on “dasham”. It was only in this trip we noticed the overcharging by the vendor.

My travel details are as under :

Train name – Jaipur Superfast. Train no 12956. Jaipur to Mumbai.

Date of travel/purchase - 15th April, Time: around 10 pm at Ratlam station

Ticket PNR no – 243-1377796 . Group Ticket No – 69975365. 3A – 3 tier AC.

I would like Company to take appropriate action against the vendor. Let us have a written proof of same. Also, let us have a letter from Company addressed to vendor, instructing him to sell ice cream at MRP. We do not have time to fight as train halts for few minutes only.

We visit every month to Nageshwar temple and enjoy icecream of Naturalle, at Ratlam, on our way back to Mumbai. Needless to say, this excess charged should be adjusted from our next purchase. Let us have free coupons which can be exchanged at the stall.

We reserve our right to proceed legally, seeking compensation, at your costs & consequences.
