I had purchased goodday biscuit pack on date 19/07 which bitten by mouse at corner but was not so much visible. At home i opened the pack and i tasted a biscuit as my usual practice before giving to my daughter. I feel bad taste and i checked throughly the pack. I found a hole at corner. I mmediately went to shop to replace the pack. In this matter instead of helping me, she replied me that " agar aap mujhe ashe he La kar dete to meih kisi dushare ko de deti". This means that If i was not cheated, someone other may be cheated by her easily. I asked her for replacement but she ignored upfrontly. and suggested me that " Jo hota hai kar lo". She don't know todays senerio that the today market is 'Consumer's Market'.
Also she is doing black marketing of Gas cylinder. The official cost of Gas cylinder is 365 but she is selling at the cost of 600. The selling value of sugar at her shop is more than market value, but as the shop is inside the society, the is used to take stores from her shop. Overall Mateshvari General stores is the place where lot of cusumers are being cheated. Address of stores is given. Please do the need ful in the interest of Consumers.
