Nowadays the aavain milk curdles very often. almost every alternate day i am wasting atleast 1 pkt. i.e. 1/2 ltr. milk.
moreover when the milk boils a thick layer of white substance, ofcourse not whey, forms on the top. it is frothy and quite thick. what is this substance? whether the same would cause any harm to the health? pl. advise.
