Well, I had ordered food from Mcdelivery at Oberoi Mall, Goregaon, MUMBAI (ORDER NO 6070). I was told the total amount of bill and that delivery charges were added to my bill since i was staying beyond 1.5 km from the outlet. After an hour, I called the outlet 3 times and every time they assured me that the order was on its way and i would receive the same; Finally after 1 hour and 45 mins (around 10.30 in the night), they LOVINGly told me that they cannot deliver since my Home is outside the perview of their operation. thats the most stupid excuse i have ever heard in my life and that after making me wait for almost 2 hrs.
I AM HATING IT.
NEVER IN MY LIFE WILL I EVER ORDER FROM MCDELIVERY.
