Complaint against wine shop

Wine shop asking for more money i.e selling in pricesmore then MRP

I want to complain against the wine shop. They are selling the Mc Dowell No. 1 Whisky more then the MRP. the 180 ml bottle of Mc Dowell No. 1 whisky MRP = 70/-, but they are asking 80/-.
