Selling every thing againt MRP

Dear Sir /Madam,

In Bangalore almost shops like bakeries, cool drink shops etc, all are selling cool drinks 1 rupee or 2 rupee extra .i asked them why they are charge extra, they are telling for cooling. Please take action on them.
