On 06.06.2010 i bought 2 litres full cream milk from a mother diary milk booth namely Khushi General store, Gali No.3, Raja puri, Bharat Vihar road, Uttam Nagar. I m having cotton cloth bag with me he accordingly put the pouchs in that bag. Upon reaching some distance i found one of pouch was leaking so i immediately went back to the shopkeeper and asked for replacement. Since the pouch was leaking from the joints but he not only refused but started misbehaving with me and my wife. I duly lodged complaint to the mother dairy but in vein and no action has been taken against said shopkeeper so far. Kindly help.
