I had placed order for Cake and flowers to be delivered on 7th November on my parents anniversary. In order that present arrives on the same day, the order was placed on 5th November itself. Till date it has not been delivered and no assurances it will be delivered,
they took orders on a holiday that none of them planned for, and the first recommendation is cancellation of order, totally oblivious to emotions attached with the intentions of gifting your loved ones.
This is a shallow agency with their basic business model totally flawed, utter lack of professionalism, cowardly act of fielding call centre agents to give false assurances. Handled by bunch of inexperienced folks, they pride that they receive orders from abroad, I pity those folks who will have no clue what happens here, there should be some way even to highlight those shopping from outside India on the pitfalls of shopping with mumbaionlineflorists.
If you want to be utterly dissappointed and waste money, this is the one place you should shop.
