Dear Sir,

I do work in ncfc of india limited as accountant in bhopal office. and i regine sept. 2009. company don't pay my sept. salary. company director Mr. P.K. Dixit told me My is have Company Secertory (CS) Mr. Piyus Bindal. but he is not pay my salary. I know that company is closed and I know Mr. P.K. Dixit is run new company at Nagapur name of Company Narmada Dairy Development of India Limited. Please Help me. I has also written applincation labour court bhopal but they haven't take any action.
