No recive my P.F. To sumbbit RE- issue form again

Dear sir,

My name is Rajkumar i live in Ghaziabad. sir i was the employee (Aditya Birla Retail. Ltd.) in morre store Ghaziabad in Vashali sec-4 ghaziabad. sir i have left the company in 2008. and i fill up my P.F. form to time but till day -02 i have no recived my P.F. i have complain in Mumbai P.F. office there they distribute this type of case. they said that we are send a re-issue form and i fill up the form and send them a cancle cheque to them. i have send their re- issue form to fill up and send a cancle cheque also but till date i have not recived my P.F.

sir i am in truble i want my P.F. Amount so plz sir give me my P.F. Amount. i will very thankfull to you.
