Oasis Desserts had an advt in the newspaper regarding an offer by times deal. The offer stated that 1kg almond chocolates for INR400. I placed an order with times deal and paid INR49 and the balance was to be paid to the merchant that is Oasis Desserts. As mentioned in the offer terms and conditions we had to contact the merchant directly for the order and they would deliver it at our home doorstep and balance to be paid to them. We also visited their shop which is located in Central Matunga and they could not answer our quieres regarding the order and said we would have to call on that no. and order only. But, I have been trying to continuously call their no. 9768124224 and no one answers the call. Its been 2 days and there is no response as well. no call back from their end. Hence, I spoke to the times deal people and they suggested to wait for another day and check or else they will return our INR 49 paid to them for the offer. Order No. TD68922 given by Times Deal. If these people are in no position to deliver the said offer, then they must shut down and get lost. They dont have the courtesy to even give a call back as I have called from 3-4 different nos. There is a limit to patience.
