I want to complain on guy who is selling omellete in cuncolim goa.his food cart starts at 6 pm at the side of cuncolim church.he charged me 24 rs for a ross omellete where as th rate in othere places in goa are charging 15 to 18 rs.plz take neceessary action against the guy.thank u
