Long delay in delivery of gass or harasment

I have a connection of lpg (INDANE) gass with name SOM NATH SINGLA, Address:- pujjan wala mohala near hanuman mandir #9300 bathinda with coustomer no. PO2712 & sv no.7361526/29-12-1997.i have booked a gass cylinder to M/S PARAMVEER GASS SERVICESCF-95, Rose Garden Market, . BATHINDA as 21 days latter from last delivery but the delivery of gass cylinder is not done till date.so plese take acction against gass suplier as soon as posible,
