Bad smell in the box

Dear Friends,

I have complaint about Pediasure product which i have purchased for my 2 year's daughter.

Whenever i gave to my daughter to drink, She feel to through the milk bottle.

I found this box is not tested by quality control system because i can feel the bad smell in the box.

I met the medical store to change the box but he asked me to do a complain to the Customer care officer.

I tryed to call the Customer Care Officer (02225298911) lots of time but always its getting disconnect after saying "Hello" and email id aslo getting bounse back (Email id also not correct that they have mentioned on the product box). How we can make complain about the product as phone and email id are not reachable to you.
