I have a complaint against POPITAS POPCORN

they had this offer "CLICK AND WIN THOUSANDS OF FCBARCELONA GIFTS"

it is a microwave popcorn, after opening the packet, there is a small paper containing a code

It says to visit the website and type in the code and you will instantly get to know if you have won a gift or not

so i visited the website "www.popitas.com"

made an account and typed the code, i instantly got to know that i have won a FCBARCELONA BALL

but since 28/10 i am waiting for the ball to come to my house because we had to type in the address

but since 3 months, i have not received the ball nor any updates or notification about it nor am i able to sign in to my account

it always says wrong id/password

even when i type the correct thing

Is the whole thing a fraud?
